Thermal imaging, which is always included as a part of our General Home Inspection, is accomplished by using a FLIR infrared camera that has the ability to detect overheated electrical components, moisture intrusion, the possibility of mold, and more. This technology captures images of wavelengths emitted by these potential problems, and H.I.S. Home Inspection Services, LLC will provide an explanation of each finding.

Home Inspection Services, LLC will provide a comprehensive home inspection report which will be shared with you using InspectIT Inspection Software or old fashioned paper report, which ever you prefer. Once your report is available, we can hand deliver, mail it, email it, or you will be able to access your report via this website using your computer, tablet, or smartphone whenever it is convenient to you!

Your InspectIT Home Inspection Report will be delivered in an easy-to-read format that includes high-resolution photos and/or video clips. Paper reports will be accompanied with explanations and minimal photos.
