Having a follow up inspection is often a very important part of having a Home Inspection.

Sometimes corrections are not completed correctly, or at all, so  it is very important to have your Home Inspector return to your prospective home and re-check the corrections you have asked to be made.

As part of our commitment to excellence, H.I.S. Home Inspection Services LLC, offers one free follow-up inspection with every purchased standard residential Inspection. The free follow-up inspection must be scheduled within two months of the initial inspection date and within a 30 mile area. This free follow-up will confirm that the repairs from the inspection report have been completed.
