Our inspection consists of non-invasive, non-destructive visual inspection of the home.

 We focus on fire, health, safety issues and concerns.

Standard Inspection includes inspection from the foundation to the roof top, all major appliances and systems, out building and garage. Every inspection also includes Thermal Imaging and Follow-Up inspection for no extra charge.

 Our inspection meets and exceeds InterNACHI requirments (InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and will cover over 400 components of the home.

 We use computer software or paper report to create your Inspection Report (your choice, email us for details). Software reports can be downloaded directly from our site, or emailed to you within a few hours of Inspection. Paper report may require up to 24 hours to receive depending on the details of inspection.

 Please download and/or read our Inspection Agreement before day of inspection if possible. If you have any questions, feel free to call or email us before inspection.
